Vor einigen Wochen haben wir in der Nähe der Kölner Südstadt auf dem Weg zu einem Flohmarkt ein zauberhaftes Vogelschutzgebiet entdeckt. Einige Trampelpfade führen durch ein wild überwuchertes Gelände auf dem man kaum Menschen, überall aber Spuren von Vögeln, Kaninchen und Füchsen antrifft. An diesem Wochenende sind wir abends nicht ausgegangen, ich hatte aber trotzdem Lust auf etwas Dramatik und die Dornenhecken am Rand des Gebietes passten perfekt zu Gothic Lolita Mode. Der geraffte Lolitarock war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk (er stammt von hier) und den Petticoat darunter hat mein Freund mir von einem Besuch in Amsterdam mitgebracht (♥). Kombiniert habe ich dazu relativ naheliegend ein Baby the Stars Shine Bright Top und ein Samt-Bolero von Voriagh. Auf dem Flohmarkt habe ich mich dann später etwas weniger gut in die Kulisse eingefügt… :-)

A few weeks ago on our way to a flea market we stumbled across a pretty magical bird reserve that lies between two city districts of Cologne. A few trails run through an overgrown area, we barely met any people but found plenty of tracks of birds, rabbits and foxes. We did not go out on that weekend but I was still in the mood for dramatic fashion and the hedges of thorns that surround the reserve where a perfect backdrop for gothic lolita garments. The ruffled lolita skirt was a birthday present from this year (it’s from this store) and my friend brought me the black petticoat as a present from a trip to Amsterdam (♥). I paired the skirts with a blouse from Baby the Stars Shine Bright and a velvet bolero by Voriagh. I admittedly didn’t fit in as well at the flea market that we visited later… :-)
